Brazilian Amburana Staved 9 Year Bourbon

Amburana wood, often referred to as "Brazilian oak, is a tropical hardwood native to South America. It is prized for its unique properties and has been traditionally used in aging cachaça. Amburana imparts both sweet and spicy flavors to bourbons, with a dominant note reminiscent of Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal. Additionally, it contributes subtle hints of peaches, apricots, honey, clove, and cardamom.
